I met Benzi, the dwarf horse, during my first week of my new position. He was stubborn (like me) and refused to let me lead him around the field. I couldn’t help but laugh that out of all the horses I could have chosen, I chose him. What a reflection of my life! How do horses mirror our leadership styles?
